I'm going to your the 4 stroke hexadyne P60. I don't have the engine
yet, but I've so far have received good support from the factory. I
had a custom made motor mount made by the factory and it went
smoothly. I didn't want to use a 2 stroke, my weedwacker has
convinced me of that. The engine has a FADEC and is fuel injected. It
has no mixture control. It is designed for aviation and has other
features I liked. There aren't many 4 stroke options in this power
range. It is also a lot lighter than any sort of VW conversion etc.
If you have any questions I will try to help, I know the feeling when
you get all kinds of conflicting advice etc. The link to the engine
is

Good luck and
stick with it. Some of the best advice I've been given is build as
much of it to the plans as you can. Get it flying, don't spend too
much time redesgning everything.
