Hi Ryan

I am currently replacing the canard on Quickie 1 G-BKFM in the UK.

The aircraft has a GU canard and the large tyre option standard
undercarriage.

So far I have made the core and skinned it top and bottom, and I am
about to fit the elevator slots.

I intend to use the original undercarriage, removed from the broken
canard, but your tri gear modification has got me thinking.

It is difficult, though not impossible, to get modifications like
this through UK approval. do you have FAA approval?

Hi Gary,

For us we can install any landing gear that looks 'SAFE' to the
Inspector.
My Q1 had the large tire mod and worked very well. I am the 2nd owner.
