What needs rebuilding on your Q1 ?
There are no kits for Q1's. Look in the 'PHOTOS' section and you can
see the Tri-gear I made for my Q1 conversion.
I had to give up about 15 MPH by choosing the tri-gear due to added
weight and drag.
On the plus side I can land and stop in 600-700 feet with no concern
about ground loops, prop strikes or bounced landings.
I made my nose gear out oh 1 1/8' chromemolley tubing and the HOOP type
maingear with fiberglass like the Varieze.
