Hello John,
Previous efforts to send dimensioned drawings through the mail were less than
successful. I encountered all sorts of problems that required endless support.
I
am always having this problem with the freebies people download from my web
site. (Starter adapter, Heat Shields)
The adhesive technology hasn't changed nor has the placement of the VG's.
However, since Quickie and DragonFly owners have started using them too, I will
have to adjust the instructions. The front (canard) wing on those planes are
tapered so a slight change in how to define 50% of chord has to be mentioned.
Other than that, the only thing that's different is the addition of geometry and
the
instructions on how to fabricate temporary VG's.
Another reason is help rebuild the database. I lost a critical harddrive a few
years
back and lost a significant portion of my customer database. I am hoping that
those like you who already have CCI VG's will update their addresses, especially
e-mail so I can update them.
How's the project going? Have you a 'first flight' target date set?
