Q-talk 97 - Checking In

Keep up the good work. I am struggling with my own "wall" at die moment after finding that the newly painted, finished, perfected wings on my Q needed to be completely stripped again! I am currentiy refilling so they can be sprayed again in the spring. The problem was die white sailplane gel coat had not bonded to the micro. It seems a "waxy" layer of uncured resin was over the wings. The micro, although it had cured, had not completed its reaction, as the temperature had been too low. It has been a bitter pill, but work progresses! Ed Note: You must have been very disappointed to see that happening to your beautiful wings. Thank you for sharing your experience with the group and good luck.
