Another Quickie is posted on eBay now, check it out. The auction started at a very reasonable $500 and it will interesting to see how high it can go. Check it out here, or by clicking one of the images below. The auction description is as follows:
QUICKIE I EXPERIMENTAL PROJECT AIRCRAFT
Quickie I project aircraft. Sold AS IS. Has Onan 2 cyl B48 DD-13 Engine and Cowley Propeller. Body is in fairly good shape for sitting (and hanging) around for 25 years.Lowerrudder hinge is broken. Tires are poor. Engine is free and does make spark however we did not attempt to start it. Aircraft has no instruments except oil temp and pressure. Has seat belts but no other interior components. We do have a partial set of logbooks that show 17.1 hours and a successful test flight in 1982. Nothing else is known about the aircraft. Would make a good project or use for parts. No warranties are expressed or implied as to the completeness or possible airworthiness of this aircraft. Again sold AS IS. Local pickup only, please, Janesville, Wisconsin.
