Q1_Aircraft: request was created by robert.blaschke
Hallo, I?d like to scratchbuild a plastic 1/48 scale model of Q1 with
that engine and engine cover, that was in the first quickie (Onan?).
Just like this one:
us.a2.yahoofs.com/groups/g_9214420/1cec/...jpg?grw1gIHBhrM3tcHv

I would like to have one of existing flying Q1 as a 'master' on
pictures. So I would like to have pictures of certain Quickie I will
build. I?d like to build it with opened canopy and maybe also opened
engine cover. Exactly now I don?t know, in what colors model will be.

My request is if somebody could offer me his quickie as a masterpiece
for my model - by pictures of overal look and inner details as
cockpit, dashboard, control elements in cockpit, engine, tailwheel etc.

If yes, you can sent me pictures also on my e-mail
robert.blaschke@...

Thanks in advance

Robert

Again me,

so I did not get any pictures. Really nobody could give me even
direction, where I could get contact to gain such pictures? It needn?t
to be Q1 flying just now, but particular one, which had flown anytime,
so I will build no chimera :), but model.

Mine isn?t flying yet but I can send pictures. Many Q?s are not exactly
original like the onan one. I do have the original plans and the popular
mechanics magazine that featured the Q1

Dave, It would be great. I know, that overall they all looks almost
the same. I have no problem with outside look except the painting
scheme. What is different is inner look, So I?d like to have pictures
of cockpit from four angles minimum - left side, right side, front
with instrument panel and back -with cushion of seat.

And if possible - some looks to engine with upper cover off - also
from various angles - so I could scratchbuild the engine with all
pipings and wirings :-)

Although in 48scale it all will be very small, I am looking forward to
do it, it would be great on some model exhibition I think.

TIA

Robert

Ryan, in fact not. I am looking for detail close up pictures - including
interior pictures (front, back, both sides), inner side od opened canopy
and if possible engine vith cover off. And also some overall pictures to
have complete image of its color coat.
